What is one piece of advice you would offer to anyone wanting to succeed with social media?
Be as sociable as possible 🙂 that’s why it’s called social media in the first place. It’s a place to hold quick conversations on a frequent and consistent basis rather than a place to pile up followers or likes.
One mistake I’ve made in the past was to post and go. Although I was doing that consistently, I was just waiting for people to come by and say “hi”. Now I post and stay, intentionally connecting and reaching out to others to get to know our followers better.
The success I had from this is I get to know more people on a deeper level in the long run, helping me to craft and create new things like content, graphics and help tips that people will want to read.
